Necessary ingredients.

Malai Coffta recipe method.
- Boil potatoes and peel them. Mash the potatoes and there should be no kernels in it.
- Mash the cheese well too.
- Mix the potatoes and paneer thoroughly. According to the salt flavor, add corn flour 1/2 spoon, green chilli finely chopped and knead it like a dough.
- Now put oil in your hands and make small small balls, put one raisin and cashew nuts in the middle of each shell and close the shells.
- Now fry all the balls i.e. the koftas in hot oil.
- Fry kofta on a light flame. So that they do not burn. Fry until golden.
Malai coffta (ग्रेवी) Gravy method.
- Heat the oil in a thick bottom vessel.
- Pour dried spices. After the spices become red, add chopped onions, garlic, ginger paste, and fry until golden.
- Soak popi seeds in milk at night. Grind well in the morning and make paste. Put this paste on the onion spices and fry it.
- Put tomato onions in the spices. Add some water to the spices and roast it well.
- If the tomatoes are melted, add all the spices in it. If the spices started leaving the oil then shut the gas.
- Grind all the matter in the mixer and grind it.
- Put the spice paste back into the vessel and add milk and cook the gravy.
- If the gravy is cooked, then add Kofta and cover it with a hot masala so that gravy juice can be found in Kofta.
