Shahi Paneer is very much liked in whole northern India. If there are any guests in the house then the shahi paneer  is definitely severed. Shahi paneer is the first choice of vegetarian people. Shahi Paneer is served with Butter Naan, Chapati, Lacha Paratha, Tandoori Roti.

Ingredients.


1.Fresh cheese 200gm
2.Onion 4
3.Tomato 3
4.Garlic 8 bud
5 Ginger  1/2 inch
6.Elouchie 2
7.Cinnamon 1/4
8.Chilli 1/2
9.Turmeric 1/2
10.Salt to taste
11.Garam Masala / Meat Masala
12.Milk 2 cups


Time is 30 minutes.



Shahi Paneer Instant recipe Method.


Cut onion, garlic, ginger, Put a thick fried pot on gas. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in the vessel. Add all dried spices and onions, garlic, ginger oil and fry it. Fry all the cases till they become golden. Then add chopped tomatoes and spices, add some water and fry well till tomatoes roast.








Turn off the gas when the spice is roasted. Put all the masala in the mixture grinder  and make paste. Now put the paste back into the utensil. Put two enlarged cups of milk, pour paneer pieces. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on the gas. Put hot spices or meat masala cook kar. Put coriander leaves and serve hot hot. This recipe is enough for 4 people. Present with Butter Nan or Lacha Paratha.
